Each player may hold exactly one size99 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses pending review.

Termination by size99: size99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, size99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance, including real-money funds, pending further investigation. size99 will communicate the reason for closure to the Player via their registered email address where legally permissible.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which size99 holds its international gaming license.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent size99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
